Flower Child Restaurant Coming To Buckhead

ATLANTA, GA — West coast-based restaurant Flower Child will be bringing its "happy, healthy food revolution" to Buckhead soon.

Located in Shops Around Lenox, the new restaurant — with a focus on scratch-made entree bowls, wraps and salads — is set to open July 11. A second Atlanta location, in the City Springs development in Sandy Springs, is set to open this fall.

Our wellness-conscious guests care about the food they eat, how it tastes, and that it is served with a smile," said Sam Fox, Founder and CEO of Fox Restaurant Concepts and the inspiration behind the Flower Child brand. "Flower Child’s combination of good vibes and delicious food has made it a destination that guests seek out on the West Coast.

Flower Child will host a job fair at the Lenox restaurant from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on June 18-23 and June 25-30, where applicants can apply in person and receive a same-day interview.

Restaurant management seeks to fill more than 80 positions including prep cooks, line cooks, servers, and dishwashers. Applicants can submit their resumes online now.

Established in 2014, Flower Child's offerings of mix-and-match produce, proteins and grains include offerings for customers who eat organic, gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian and vegan. Menu favorites include Avocado Hummus, the Mother Earth Bowl, and Vietnamese Crunch and Organic Kale Salads.

A child-friendly menu will feature options like gluten-free macaroni and cheese, and Sweet Corn and Quinoa. The menu selection will include local beer on tap, a selection of wines and Flower Child's own seasonal fresh lemonades.

Desserts include gluten-free chocolate pudding, brownies or chocolate chip cookies.

Open seven days a week, the Buckhead location will have 120 seats, including 26 on a patio, and be nearly 5,000 square feet.
