The quickest way to get caught up on the most important things happening today in Buckhead.
Hello, everybody! I'm back with your fresh copy of the Buckhead Daily. Here's everything you need to know about what's happening in the community today...
First, today's weather:
Very warm with clouds and sun. High: 96 Low: 76.
Here are the top three stories in Buckhead today:
- Buckhead-area resident and Atlanta food expert Skye Estroff's "Foodie Road Trip" show features restaurants, recipes, and travelogues. Each episode focuses on one city, showing viewers signature dishes from restaurants and featuring customers, chefs, and owners. Estroff spoke of the show as a way to "shed light on people that are doing pretty cool things that haven't really seen the limelight yet, or just could use a little something fun and extra to make them feel great about all the hard work." (Simply Buckhead - Facebook)
- A person was shot outside the Arrive Buckhead apartment complex, according to Atlanta police. There was a report of someone firing shots at a BMW in Buckhead on Friday night on Sidney Marcus Boulevard. At this time, there is no update on the victim's condition or the search for the suspect. (Fox 5 Atlanta)
- The World of Coca-Cola is hosting its first-ever patio party on weekdays (M-F) until Jul. 1 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Families can enjoy summer tastings, games on the patio, photo ops and more. Space will be limited, but tickets can be purchased ahead of time to secure a spot. (Discover Atlanta)
