Here are the top three stories today in Buckhead:

1. A Buckhead academy offers teens one-on-one instruction to help them succeed. Fusion Academy, located in Monarch Plaza, is a private school designed to support children who have fallen behind academically, as well as those who may have significant time commitments outside of school. The Buckhead location is one of 50 across the nation. (The Atlanta Journal Constitution)

3. The Lofts at 25, a Buckhead residential highrise, has been acquired by Miami-based Westside Capital Group for $136 million. The property, redeveloped in 2021 as a new building, includes one-bedroom luxury apartments with plenty of amenities. Westside has not disclosed any plans for the property. (What Now Atlanta)
