Get Help With Your Taxes at Buckhead Library on Monday

Certified tax preparers will be on hand to assist elderly or low or middle income residents twice a week.

Buckhead residents who want help getting their taxes done can receive expert assistance at the Buckhead Library at biweekly tax preparation sessions provided by the AARP Foundation.

According to BuckheadView, certified tax perparers across the Atlanta area have volunteered their time to help elderly taxpayers or those with low or middle incomes file their state and federal taxes as part of the AARP Foundation’s “Tax-Aide” Program. The sessions in Buckhead will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday and from noon to 4 p.m. on Thursday.

Residents attending any Tax-Aide session should bring identification documents, previous tax returns, and any 2014 tax information along with them. A full list of required documents can be found here.
