Atlanta City Council Member Mary Norwood, recently called out city of Atlanta officials for what she asserts is years-long neglect of the Buckhead neighborhood, which has resulted in the emergence of the Buckhead City Movement. City of Atlanta Chief Operating Officer Lisa Gordon penned a five-page response letter to Norwood, wherein she stated that the assertions made by Norwood lacked context.
