The Grand Hyatt Atlanta in Buckhead Goes Solar
A thermal hot water system has been installed in the giant Buckhead hotel.
ATLANTA, GA — The Grand Hyatt in Buckhead has installed a thermal hot water system in the 439-room luxury hotel.
Solar America Solutions, an Indianapolis-based provider of commercial solar thermal heating solutions, completed the system for the hotel.
“We’re very happy that Grand Hyatt Atlanta selected our patented SunQuest 250 solar thermal system to provide a renewable energy solution that will dramatically reduce carbon emissions and produce tremendous energy savings,” said Don Crawmer, Solar America Solutions vice president. “Host Hotels is a premier lodging provider, and having the opportunity to be a part of their ongoing commitment to sustainability is a real honor.”
