'Heroes, Saints & Legends' Honors Commitment to Community

ATLANTA, GA – The Foundation of Wesley Woods is hosting its 27th annual Heroes, Saints and Legends on Thursday, March 31.

The awards ceremony recognizes three Georgians who have made significant ongoing contributions to the community through their dedication to leadership, service and philanthropy.

The evening’s festivities will take place at the St. Regis Atlanta, and funds raised will benefit Wesley Woods Senior Living’s’ independent living communities, which annually serve more than 1,800 adults, as well as specially designated Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease research and education programs at Emory University.

This year’s Heroes, Saints and Legends Awards recipients include:

• David Allen – Founding Chairman of the Georgia Natural Resources Committee
• Lillian Budd Darden – Former President, Foundation of Wesley Woods
• Egbert L. J. Perry – Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The Integral Group
