Buckhead psychotherapist Dr. Janet Page will present a “Conscious Eating Workshop” Saturday at Park Place on Peachtree, 2660 Peachtree Road.

Page, author of "Get Married This Year," will discuss how to develop a lifelong eating plan and make healthy food choices, according to an announcement.

The workshop will be from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Satursay and costs $50. Topics will include "think like a thin person," "identify yoiur personal motivations," "set up a safety net to catch you when you slip," and "develop hunger awareness, a more joyful body image and a lifetime action plan that really works for you."
