Buckhead Building Briefly Evacuated Thursday Morning

A man was arrested after allegedly making the threat to the Bader Law Firm in Lenox Plaza.

ATLANTA, GA β€” A Buckhead office building was briefly evacuated Thursday morning due to a bomb threat.

Police arrested Terrence Cook after he allegedly told employees at the Bader Law Firm that he "was tired of being treated unfairly." The firm is located at 3384 Peachtree Road in Lenox Plaza.

Police say Cook was attempting to reach the building's second floor where The Parks Group Law Firm is located, but was unable to get to that floor. When police detained Cook on the fifth floor, he was holding a FedEx envelope and a book.
