Local Volunteer Tennis Pros Instruct Agape Students

Gov. Nathan Deal declares September 14 "Tennis Day" in Georgia

Over the past year, Agape Youth and Family Center has partnered with the United States Tennis Association and the Georgia Tennis Foundation to provide ongoing tennis programming for Agape students. Local tennis pros volunteer their time to coach Agape students on the fundamentals of tennis, engaging them in fun and active drills and games.
During Agape’s after-school program, elementary students participate in tennis training once a week. During the summer, Agape middle school girls were hosted and coached at The Westminster School.
Recently, Agape's tennis programs were highlighted at a special ceremony at the Governor's mansion, as Gov. Nathan Deal named Sept. 14 "Tennis Day" in Georgia.
Agape’s mission is to empower and support underserved families within its community to discover and embrace their full potential.
