Man Accused Of Exposing Himself to Minor at Lenox Square

ATLANTA, GA — An Atlanta police officer is facing allegations that he exposed himself in front of a security guard's son at Lenox Square.

The alleged incident took place, according to WSB, when the officer walked into a mall restroom, exposed and then started touching himself. The victim ran out of the restroom, as did the suspect.

The victim then called his mother, who works in mall security guard. She then alerted other mall security personnel.

The suspect gave mall security personnel an Atlanta police card with his name and ID number. The officer was identified as Jimmie L. Currie, according to the station's report. The suspect was told by mall personnel to stay away from the mall for one year.
