A Meal Made with Love at BLT Steak Atlanta
Make your reservation now for a heartfelt Valentine's Day dinner
Wine and dine your special someone with a delectable meal at BLT Steak. Make plans on Sunday, February 14, for a romantic meal crafted with love by Chef de Cuisine Matt Ratcliffe.
Start your evening with Fried Spanish Octopus with smoked shellfish broth, sorghum, cowpeas, celery and dilly beans or Local Roasted Baby Root Vegetable Salad with house buttermilk ricotta, pine nuts and radish cider vinaigrette. Next, cut into a perfectly cooked 16 oz Fatback Pig Project Pork Chop with collard green kimchee, rutabaga and heirloom squash or the Peekytoe Crab & Clam Housemade Fettuccine with seasonal mushrooms, preserved lemon, fine herbs and kale. To top off your decadent dinner date, indulge in Caramel Mousse with hazelnut sponge cake, passion fruit and chocolate crisp or the Meyer Lemon Tart with basil sucree, raspberry meringue and coconut snow.
This special menu is available a la carte or as a prix fixe for $60 a person.
For those who would rather celebrate over brunch, BLT Steak will be open on Monday, February 15, to commemorate both Valentine’s Day and the President’s Day holiday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m, with standard dinner service following at 5:30 p.m.
