Mother's Day Brunch 2016 at BLT Steak Atlanta
Why limit celebrating mom to just one day?
Join BLT Steak and Chef de Cuisine Matt Ratcliffe for a specialty blackboard dinner menu honoring moms everywhere, starting Thursday, May 5th through Sunday, May 8th.
Spring selections sure to please are featured on the limited menu highlighting decadent dishes. To start, enjoy the Peekytoe Crab Ceviche with heirloom cucumber, radish sprouts, avocado, cumin and passion fruit or the Spring Pea & Bean Salad with Thomasville tomme, country ham, cornbread, chow chow and ramp buttermilk dressing. Entrée selections include the Black Grouper with tabbouleh, ginger-tomato consommé and aji amarillo oil and a 6 oz Prime Filet with asparagus puree, roasted seasonal mushrooms and fennel salad. For a sweet treat, indulge in a Cherry-Almond Tart with chocolate sucree and cherry coulis or Spiced Peaches with raspberry gelee, phyllo and mascarpone ice cream. The prix fixe menu is available for $60 per person and includes one appetizer, entrée and dessert.
If brunch is more of what mom is looking for, choose from the most popular items including the Brioche French Toast with cinnamon-caramelized apples, White Omelette with Portobello muchrooms, asparagus, goat cheese and tomato, or the signature BLT Popover stuffed with ham, eggs, bacon, spinach and hollandaise.
BLT Steak will be serving the Mother’s Day blackboard from May 5th through May 8th, 5:30pm – 10pm Thursday through Saturday, 11:30am – 10pm Sunday. Brunch on Mother’s Day is from 8am – 2:30pm. Complimentary valet is always provided.
