New Luxury Apartment Tower Underway In Buckhead

ATLANTA, GA — Construction has begun on 1000 Park Ave., a 27-story luxury apartment tower that will include 267 units. Gilbane Building Co. is heading up the construction.

The project is located on a very tight site, according to Multi Housing News. The project is located near the Park Avenue condominium complex and Phipps Plaza.

There is also an project under construction right next to the site.

The project will also include four levels of parking; private garage options; one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments; fitness center; elevated outdoor terrace; pool deck; residential club; and a Sky Lounge with covered terrace on the top floor.
