Towering New Medical Office Planned For Buckhead Village

BUCKHEAD, GA -- A new medical office complex is going up in Buckhead Village, the Loudermilk Companies announced Friday.
The development at 371 East Paces Ferry Road will be a 120,000-square-foot building spanning nine-stories. The structure will consist of a second-floor surgery center and street level retail.
βThe 371 East Paces Ferry medical office building will be the first medical office space in Buckhead Village, offering the growing walking community, and surrounding neighborhoods, its own healthcare hub,β Robin Loudermilk, president and CEO of the Loudermilk Companies, said in a statement. βOur family legacy of re-developing and improving the Buckhead community continues with this addition, while contributing to the needs of a true walking community.β

The office space is slated to open in spring 2018, the company said.

The building adds to the portfolio of the Loudermilk Companies, which announced in December that they were breaking ground on luxury condos at 315 E. Paces Ferry Road. The project is called The Charles, the namesake of several sons and fathers in the Loudermilk family.
Charles Loudermilk founded Aaron's Inc., the well-known furniture and appliance rental company. Robin "Charles" Loudermilk, his son, is a major real estate developer in Buckhead.
