For New Yearβs Eve, countdown to midnight while enjoying a prix fixe three course blackboard ($110) featuring a Wagyu A5 10oz Delmonico with confit of root vegetables and sauce madeira or the Poached Lobster with orecchiette, porcini mushrooms, kale, tarragon and celery root puree. The full a la carte menu is available and all guests who dine and ring in the new year at BLT Steak will receive a complimentary champagne toast.
