Kenneth Dwayne Johnson, 29, was charged with indecent exposure on June 19 after police responded to the Darlington apartments at 2025 Peachtree Road in reference to a public indecency call, an Atlanta police report says. The responding officer was met by apartment security staff, who said they’d located Johnson on the seventh floor of the building without his pants on hiding in a closet with running water on the floor.
Johnson was no stranger to the complex; the report claims that he had been trespassed from the apartments on June 7 after being found without pants. Johnson claimed at the time that he had met a person for sex but had been robbed and thrown out of the apartment, but he couldn’t remember the apartment number.
