Paulette Alves Joins Engel and Volkers Buckhead Atlanta's Builder Developers Services Division

Associate Broker and REALTOR® Paulette Alves, who specializes in residential new home communities throughout Atlanta, has joined Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta in November 2015 as Real Estate Advisor and New Homes Specialist.

“We are honored to welcome Paulette to our Builder Developers Services Division,” says Scott Payne, Vice President of Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta. “She is a well-known expert in the greater Atlanta market.”

Paulette entered the world of residential real estate more than 20 years ago, and has successfully sold and managed more than 50 communities in the metro Atlanta area.

“My mentor Shirley Gary, Managing Broker of Engel & Völkers Buckhead Atlanta, was my first sales manager, and her professionalism and knowledge catapulted me into this outstanding career in new home sales,” notes Paulette. “I bring a wealth of experience to the table, having worked grand openings and close-out communities with both national and local builder partners.”

Paulette specializes in new home sales, including luxury properties. She helps her clients throughout the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, from Lithonia to Lilburn and from Druid Hills to Dunwoody. As part of the Builder Developer Services team, Paulette helps develop strategic sales and marketing campaigns, marketing materials, signage, sales management strategies, PR, builder branding and more.

Paulette, her high school sweetheart husband and their three sons live in Stone Mountain. She is an active member of the DeKalb Board of REALTORS®, Women on Course, and the Atlanta Association of On-Site Agents, and also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity. In her limited spare time, she enjoys swimming, biking and practicing yoga.
