  1. The Atlanta Police Department has identified Christopher Eberhart, 57, as the victim of the murder in Buckhead that occurred on Thursday morning. Mother of the witness, Heather Marie Baker, said her daughter saw the gunshot victim lying motionless in the driveway of a vacant lot off of Peachtree Battle Drive.   2. Grocery chain Kroger is set to close stores in Buckhead and Deactur. The Kroger location at 3330 Piedmont Road in Buckhead will cease to exist come December 9. (Free: Reporter Newspapers)
  3. A driver plowed a car into the patio of Sauce Buckhead, a restaurant on Irby Avenue early Friday morning. Fortunately, no patrons were present at the time of the crash. (Free: MSN)
