Police: Rape Suspect on Lam for 13 Years May be in Atlanta

Police in Ohio believe that a man they’ve wanted for over a decade on multiple counts of rape may be laying low in the Atlanta area.

According to the Toledo Police Department’s Facebook page, David Lee Skelly has been on the loose since 2001. Toledo police say that Skelly is wanted on 8 counts of rape, and say that his victim was a young girl at the time.
