The supplier of the bagels informed Publix about the situation. No illnesses or injuries have been reported in regards to this recall.

Publix has issued a voluntary recall of Publix brand jalapeno bagels after the supplier reported that some bagels may have been contaminated with glass and small stones.
According to the company, the recall affects jalapeno bagels sold in Alabama, Florida, Georgia and South Carolina only.
