According to the department, Hillside Drive NW between Dykes Drive and Broadland Road will close to vehicle traffic between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. until May 1. The closures began on Monday morning. Residents will have access to their homes at all times, the department said.
Markers will be installed to help direct motorists around the closed road, but the department would prefer that motorists avoid the area if at all possible.
