Shavuot at Ahavath Achim Synagogue
An All Night Collaboration with AJC/ACCESS, AJMF & AA
The AJC (American Jewish Committee), ACCESS(AJC’s Young Adult community), Atlanta Jewish Music Festival and Ahavath Achim Synagogue are coming together for our all night study on Saturday, June 11th. Dr. Paul Root Wolpe, Dr. Steve Chervin and Dr. Linda Lippitt are some of the featured Scholars for the night. Sunmoonpie & Friends will be exploring Jewish Spiritual Music and there will also be conversations about Catholic-Jewish Relations, Black-Jewish Relations and the BDS Movement. And to top it all off there will be fantastic cheesecake from AA’s own Barbara Nathan. It will be a night of Torah, God, community and spiritual exploration. Shavuot overnight will end at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, June 12th.
