Simply Southern Easter Bounty at BLT Steak Atlanta

You won't have to 'hunt' for the best meal in Atlanta this Easter!

Spring has sprung and BLT Steak Atlanta has a simply southern spread waiting for guests to indulge in. On Sunday, March 27, Chef de Cuisine Matt Ratcliffe will prepare a seasonal Easter bounty perfected for food connoisseurs. The specialty menu items, available during brunch, include Hot Chicken Fried Oysters on a sorghum biscuit with boiled dressing, B&B pickles and Valentia ($18), Fried Green Tomato Eggs Benedict served with country ham and chow chow hollandaise ($16), Smoked Short Rib Hash with confit Vidalia onion bulbs, sous vide farm egg and poblano peppers ($18), Shrimp and Popcorn Grits with pickled peppers, house smoked Tasso ham, lobster nage and cilantro ($32), and Deviled Eggs with crispy chicken skin and mustard seed caviar ($12).
