SkyHouse(R) Buckhead Opens
Luxury High-Rise on MARTA Rail Line Features Rooftop Amenity Deck Complete With Club Room, Outdoor Lounges, Two Rooftop Pools

SkyHouse® Buckhead held a grand opening celebration April 16 unveiling the highest amenity deck in Atlanta featuring two pools, outdoor kitchens and lounges, a club room and a fitness center.
The 26-story, 362-unit high-rise apartment community on Stratford Road has studio, one, two and three bedroom apartment homes with high-end finishes, floor-to-ceiling glass and private balconies. The signature “SkyHouse,” where the grand opening party will be held, is on the 26th floor and features the SkyLounge with a billiards table, flat screen TVs and a catering kitchen; a fitness room, and outdoor plazas with two swimming pools, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens, lounges and 360-degree views of Buckhead, Midtown and downtown.
“The SkyHouse Buckhead team did an outstanding job delivering a 26-story high-rise for the next generation workforce including high-speed wi-fi in common areas, a business center featuring Apple products and a video gaming area,” said Jim Borders, President and CEO, Novare Group. “When we began developing the SkyHouse brand we were looking for infill areas close to transportation, employment centers and a social scene. That is exactly what we have in Buckhead, and we are thrilled to welcome our first residents.”

The project is geared toward Generation Y professionals who are choosing to live in metropolitan areas close to work, entertainment and public transportation. SkyHouse Buckhead is two blocks from Lenox Square Mall and Phipps Plaza, two of the premier shopping and entertainment destinations in the Southeast, and a myriad of world-class restaurants. Buckhead is Atlanta’s third largest business district behind Midtown and downtown.
SkyHouse Buckhead is connected to the Buckhead MARTA station by a new $32 million pedestrian bridge spanning Georgia 400, making the project a true transit-oriented development. The community is also adjacent to the PATH400 Greenway, a 5.2-mile multi-use trail that will connect to the Atlanta Beltline.
