Smash-and-Grab Thieves Target Reality Star's Boutique: News Near Buckhead

A reality TV star who owns a boutique just across Interstate 85 from Buckhead said that a group of criminals who tried to rob her store on Monday morning were “amateurish.”

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, the thieves broke in to three stores at 2115 Piedmont Road at approximately 4 a.m. Using rocks to smash out the glass on the front doors of each store, the thieves tried to steal big screen televisions which were mounted to the walls of Cupcake Mafia Boutique and Bakery, the Lisa Nicole Signature Boutique and Gorgeous Growth hair salon. Police said none of the theft attempts were successful.

Lisa Nicole Cloud, who stars in the Bravo show “Married to Medicine,” reviewed the security camera footage taken from the Lisa Nicole Signature Boutique and told the AJC that the thieves were bold but inexperienced. Calling the crooks amateurs, Cloud went on to say that the footage could be featured on a “dumbest criminals” compilation show.

Police told the AJC that a witness saw two masked men flee the area in a gray Volkswagen Jetta with Florida plates.
