Slow Food Atlanta joins three of the city's most talented Italian Chefs for one of the most delicious and memorable meals of the year: Taste of Terra Madre!
It will be an extraordinary and intimate night for forty guests, as Craig Richards of St. Cecilia, Linda Harrell of Cibo E Beve and Michael Perez of Colletta work together in collaboration on a multi-course, family-style dinner to benefit Slow Food Atlanta’s Terra Madre Delegates. Two local Farmers selected to attend the international gathering of Terra Madre in Turin, Italy, will provide the produce: Gabby Montoya of Summerland Farm and Lauren Cox of Woodland Gardens Organic Farm.
The evening begins at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12 in the balcony dining area of St. Cecilia, with guests enjoying a variety of hors d'oeuvres as they mingle, sip wine and have a chance to meet the Terra Madre Farmers. The family-style dinner with wine pairings begins at 7 p.m. at communal tables. The Chefs have created four courses, consisting of salad, pasta, entrée and desert, all designed to be a Taste of Terra Madre.
