However, Taverna, operated by Lombardi Family Restaurants out of Dallas, TX, will be moving into the old Thirteen Pies location, reports Atlanta Eater. The restaurant will serve a menu of "northern Italian delights." This is Lombardi's first entry into the Atlanta market.
Considering the similarity in concepts, the Taverna team shouldn't have to overhaul the Thirteen Pies space beyond cosmetic changes. Taverna will serve lunch and dinner daily, and brunch will be available on Saturday and Sunday. The menu will include oven-fired pizzas, salads, pastas, and "fabulous risotto."

Aria unveiled a major makeover over the weekend.
The restaurant, which opened 16 years ago, was closed all of last week, reports Atlanta Magazine, while it underwent a major renovation.
Its dining room moved from its old, white-on-white decor, for earth tones and more color. It also unveiled a new menu and a new website.
“I want to loosen up the menu and keep working toward simplicity,” said owner Gerry Klaskala. “I still want to be the best damn American bistro in the city.”
