Twin Peaks Seeks License From NPU-B
The Texas-based chain is on the agenda for Tuesday night's meeting.

Three rezoining requests and five new licensing requests - including one from a Texas-based competitor to Hooter's - are part of agenda for Tuesday night.

Five restaurants are also seeking NPU-B approval for licenses, including the new ο»ΏTwin Peaksο»Ώ of Buckhead. The Texas-based chain ο»Ώο»Ώ to renovate space in ο»ΏTower Placeο»Ώ.

Other licensing requests include:

The NPU's zoning review board is set to hear rezoning requests at:
- 3491 Roxboro Road;
- 77 E. Andrews Drive, and;
- 2862 Lenox Road.
An applicant is also seeking to rezone 3665 and 3683 Ivy Road to allow the creation of six single-family lots.
Property owners at 4536 E. Brookhaven Drive are seeking to build a six-foot-high fence around their swimming pool. Current regulations only allow for a four-foot-high fence.
