U.S Secretary of Health and Human Services, Tom Price, to Speak at Healthcare Summit
Greater North Fulton Partners with Southeast Permanente Medical Group

ATLANTA- September 19, 2017 - The Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce’s Talent Coalition will host a Healthcare Summit the morning of October 31, 2017. The event will raise awareness about the Chamber’s mission to bring together education and business for the development of sustainable workforce strategies. Tom Price, former U.S. Representative for Georgia’s 6th Congressional District and orthopedic physician, will speak on the correlation between the workforce and quality care. Southeast Permanente Medical Group is a presenting sponsor for the event.
This year’s discussion topic is “how community leaders address the needs of the region’s health services.” The two hour event consists of a Talent Coalition update on their development efforts and a professional panel with CEOs from Northside, KP, Wellstar, Emory and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta discussing the “Top Ten Issues Confronting Hospitals.”
