Uber Eats Driver Shoots, Kills Customer: Police
The two men exchanged words outside the customer's apartment in Buckhead late Saturday night, according to police.

ATLANTA, GA — A driver for Uber Eats is under arrest after police say he shot and killed a customer after delivering food to the man.
Robert Bivines, 36, turned himself in Monday afternoon, according to the Atlanta Police Department, and is charged with felony murder. At about 11:30 p.m. Saturday, officers were called to an apartment complex at 2870 Pharr Ct. in Buckhead.
When they arrived, they found a victim who was being taken to Grady Memorial Hospital in critical condition with multiple gunshot wounds. The man later died from his injuries.

Witnesses told police that Ryan Thornton, 30, had placed a food delivery order using the smartphone app Uber Eats. He went outside to meet Bivines, his delivery driver, got his food and started to walk away.
Police say that as he was walking away, words apparently were exchanged between the men and Thornton began walking back toward Bivines' white Volkswagen Beetle. Four shots were fired from inside the car and Bivines then drove away, according to police.
