U.S. Trust Names May Tsao SVP, Private Client Manager

U.S. Trust announced today that May Tsao has been promoted to senior vice president, private client manager, in the firm’s Atlanta office.

Tsao specializes in structuring custom credit facilities to meet liquidity needs of clients. In her new position, she will work closely with a team of experts to develop tailored solutions for high net worth families in the areas of credit and banking, trust and estate planning, and investments. Prior to her current role, Tsao served as a private banking specialist at U.S. Trust. She has held various titles since joining Bank of America in 2001, including small business specialist and premier client manager.

U.S. Trust, which is part of the Global Wealth and Investment Management unit of Bank of America, provides customized services to high-net-worth clients concerned with preserving, growing and transferring their wealth. The firm’s capabilities include investment management, financial and succession planning, philanthropic and specialty asset management, family office services, credit solutions, financial administration and family trust stewardship.

Tsao earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Business and Economics from the University of Georgia. She also received an MBA from Mercer University.
