Vote YES for Constitutional Amendment#2 to Restore Georgia's Exploited Children

Amendment 2, on the ballot this November, gives voters a once-in-a-lifetime chance to give hope and opportunity back to child victims of sex trafficking by generating as much as $2 million in dedicated annual funding.

Child trafficking victims have an average age of 12 to 14 years old. They are both genders, all races and from all socioeconomic and family situations. They have been tricked or coerced into the sex trade, often by people they believed cared about them and their future. They have been mentally and physically abused and their innocence has been lost forever.

As Georgians how can we look away? Especially when simply by voting yes we have the chance to ensure the restorative services they need will be there for them if they are rescued. For us, it’s just a vote. For them, it is their future.

I encourage all voters to say yes to Amendment 2 on the general election ballot.
