Peachtree Heights East was established in 1909 as the first Buckhead neighborhood. The historical figure Eretus Rivers will begin the tour explaining how his life was connected to the neighborhood. Peachtree Heights East residents will lead attendees on a fascinating tour talking about how prominently the neighborhood figured in the development of Buckhead.
