What Should Go in ESPN Zone Site?

The ESPN Zone once generated a lot of buzz, with all of the sports excitement associated with the popular cable sports network.

When big sporting events came to town, visitors flocked to the restaurant/bar/game center at 3030 Peachtree Road. But, like the nearby Streets of Buckhead, the ESPN Zone fell victim to the recession, closing in October 2009 after a nearly 10-year run. Since then, despite rumors of businesses going there, the building has remained vacant.
