- assess client needs,
- arrange for and monitor the provision of services,
- perform psychosocial assessments of clients,
- monitor provision of services,
- develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- coordinate services
- make referrals to community agencies,
- consult with clients,
- make in-home visits,
- and research previous and performing related clerical tasks.
