Right at Home is looking for a community liaison. While the position is based in Woodstock, the work will take the liaison to Canton, Acworth, Cartersville, Cumming, Dawsonville and Jasper. The liaison will build network with hospitals, hospice agencies, retirement communities and other entities that will result in referrals for Right at Home.
