Cherokee County is hiring a general office clerk to work in its Canton location. The clerk will be responsible for performing high level secretarial duties, coordinating administrative activities, and utilizing public relations skills.

Candidates for the position must have a high school diploma or GED, with post secondary education a plus. Candidates must have five years of related experience in the field. Candidates must also be proficient with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and be able to type 50 words per minute.
