2 Injured In 3-Vehicle Crash In Cartersville
The accident was reported Friday morning on West Avenue at Lee Street.

CARTERSVILLE, GA -- Two people were injured Friday morning in an accident in Cartersville. Bartow County EMS and Cartersville police and fire crews responded to the crash around 9 a.m. Sept. 15 along West Avenue at Lee Street.

The first patient, a male, was conscious, but not alert. He was assessed, and first responders determined he was having a medical emergency related to diabetes. He was treated for that and transported to Cartersville Medical Center for follow-up care.

The second patient, a woman, said she had neck and back pain, and was also taken to Cartersville Medical Center for treatment.
