Adairsville Taps Gillman To Serve As Police Chief

Interim police Chief Arnold Gillman will be sworn in on Thursday, Nov. 13.

The city of Adairsville will soon have a permanent police chief.

City Manager Pam Madison has tapped Arnold Gillman to serve as the city’s chief, according to The Daily Tribune News.

Gillman will be sworn into office at 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 13 at the Adairsville Depot during the City Council’s regular meeting.

Gillman has been serving in the interim since July when former chief Robert Jones resigned from the post.
