Here are the top three stories in Cartersville today:

  1. Senate runoff election advance voting dates set: The upcoming runoff election advance voting dates, times and locations were approved by the members of the Bartow County Board of Elections and Voter Registration at a public meeting on Nov. 14. The elections headquarters building on JFH Parkway, the Cartersville Civic Center, the Manning Mill Park gym and the Allatoona Resource Center will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 28 through Dec. 2 for advance voting. The runoff election between U.S. Senate race incumbent Democrat Raphael Warnock and Republican challenger Herschel Walker will be Dec. 6. (Subscription: The Daily Tribune News)
  2. Grab your sweater: You might have needed an extra blanket this week as Cartersville reached 25 degrees overnight Thursday. There have been no reports of impending snow, but the temps will remain consistent over the weekend. (Narcity)
  3. An early December reopening is expected for Main Street Taco Bell: Supply chain issues have slowed the reopening, but Main Street Taco Bell's new building looks almost ready. Bartow's three other locations at Cassville White Road, Charley Harper Drive and LakePoint Parkway in Emerson, will have to do for your cravings for a few more weeks. (Northwest Georgia News)
