Armed Suspect Robs Title Pawn Store In Cartersville: Police

No injuries were reported and the suspect remains at large, police told Patch.

CARTERSVILLE, GA — Cartersville police detectives are working the case of an armed robbery reported Tuesday morning at a title pawn shop on Grassdale Road in Bartow County.

Officers were dispatched around 9:50 a.m. May 15 to a call of an armed robbery at Complete Cash at 412 Grassdale Road.

Officers arrived and were told that a suspect described as a black male between 5'11 and 6'1 tall allegedly held up the title pawn store, said police spokesperson Lt. Mike Bettikofer. The only other description of the suspect provided by police is that he had a thin build.

No other details about how much money was taken or what type of weapon was used have been released by police. Lt. Bettikofer added no injuries were reported.
