In addition to her mother, Bailey finds inspiration in a local professional photographer and the man who help elevate photography to an art. Her photos capture everyday scenes at interesting angles with artsy composition.

Bailey, the recipient of a Patch prize pack, is the daughter of Derrick and Paige Lathem. She is the sister of Parker Lathem.
