- Observed employee prepping ready to eat foods without gloves when glove or utensil is required.
- Observed open beverage containers under food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils.
- Observed food in reach in and coolers not properly cover.
- Observed potentially hazardous food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Observed establishment utilizing time as a public health control without having written procedures and not within a 4 hour time limit.
- Observed food stored past disposal date marked 05/18/15.
- Observed bleach and cleanser stored with clean dishes in kitchen area.
- Observed employees wearing more than one ring.
- Observed wet sanitizing cloth outside of sanitization bucket.
- Observed gaskets not properly sealing in reach in cooler near grill.
- Observed condensation dripping on food packages in cooler.
- Observed employee cell phones in kitchen, prep, and serving area. Observed employees not washing hands after using cellphones.
- A follow-up inspection has been scheduled for June 8.

- Observed grease and food build-up on area around cook area (pipes, floor)
