Here are the top stories in Cartersville today:

1. The Cartersville Police Department report on the two women arrested for recent vehicle break-ins reveals more details. The two suspects were arrested on Oct. 12 and are facing a combined 56 charges. According to Bartow County Sheriff's Office records, one suspect was charged with 15 separate offenses, 13 of which are felonies. The second suspect is facing even more charges — 41 in total, 35 of which are felonies. (Subscription: The Daily Tribune News)
2. Today will be the last chance to apply for this holiday season's toy assistance.
