The position is for a Bail Bonding Agent who will work directly with clients as well as officers at the Adult Detention Center. S/he will be responsible for explaining the legal processes necessary for a bail bond. The Agent will also be responsible for obtaining necessary detailed information from clients. S/he will travel to the Adult Detention Center to fill out the legal documents required by that agency for the defendant to be released from custody. The agent will also be responsible for general office/clerical work.
Applicants must have good communication skills developed from experience working directly with customers or clients. Interest in law is a must. All applicants must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation. Knowledge of the industry is not required. We will train the right person. Hiring for second/third shifts.
