Cartersville Bank Robbery Suspect Remains At Large

CARTERSVILLE, GA — Cartersville police detectives are investigating a bank robbery reported to officials on Monday morning.

A male subject entered Hamilton State Bank at 922 Joe Frank Harris Parkway, brandished what looked to be a handgun and demanded money. He fled the scene with an unknown about of cash, said Cartersville police spokesperson Lt. Mike Bettikofer.

The subject is described as a black male between 40 and 50 years old, 5'7'' to 5'8'' in height and weighed between 165 and 175 pounds.
