The owner of the camper said the items were taken between April 11 and April 14.

ACWORTH, GA — The Bartow County Sheriff's Office is investigating the theft of several tools, a gaming console and a BB gun from a camper parked at 11 Allatoona Woods Trail in Acworth.

A deputy was dispatched to the Sheriff's Office's headquarters on Zena Drive around 11:06 a.m. April 17 and met with the owner of a 28-foot camper parked at the property on Allatoona Woods Trail.

The complainant, who said he lives in Dahlonega, noted he occasionally works in the area. The camper, he said, was locked and contained a list of items he reported stolen to authorities.

The report notes the Dahlonega resident spoke to someone in the area, who said he bought a black BB gun with a scope from another person. That firearm, the complainant said, looked like the one stolen from the camper, so he bought the gun back from this resident for $50.

Along with the BB gun, items taken from the camper include a black wheel barrel, brad gun, red skill saw, black jig saw, orange belt sander, Xbox gaming console and controls, 10 Xbox games, three sets of professional swim fins and snorkels, a 500-watt microphone amp, fishing vest with tackle and an Ozark tent.
