  1. The BCSS announced a 10-month mental health campaign called "Everybody has a Story and Somebody Cares." This united effort is to increase students' awareness of a support network of trusted adults, in addition to their parents.   3. Cartersville Police thanks Bartow Family Resources for providing Heaven Scent Cupcakes. Bartow Family Resources, a nonprofit serving women and families in Bartow County, decided to share its sweet tooth with our Cartersville police officers this week.   • Roselawn Festival: A Cartersville tradition since 1976, this juried arts and crafts festival features more than 150 artists and vendors.
