Bomb Threat 'Scribbled' On Bartow County School Bathroom Wall

BREAKING: the school system said the threat discovered Thursday at Woodland Middle School at Euharlee was "not credible."

EUHARLEE, GA -- The Bartow County School System said a bomb threat was discovered Thursday afternoon at one of its middle schools. The threat was "scribbled" on a bathroom wall at Woodland Middle School at Euharlee, the system said on its Facebook page.

With the help of a school resource officer, the Euharlee Police Department was called to help search the building.

"We can confirm the bomb threat was not credible," the system said, adding the safety and well-being of students is most important to Woodland Middle and Bartow County School system personnel.

"We are glad the appropriate procedure was followed and that all children are safe," the system added.
